Increasing your social media engagement will enhance client engagement—on and offline. Posting often is a perfect way to promote your business, but it also helps to engage when someone comments on your posts or DMs you from an Instagram Story. 7 Use Micro-Influencers. A micro- influencer is someone who has fewer than 100,000 followers but still has a lot of influence. Using a micro-influencer is a great way to drive client engagement and promote new business.
