It takes time to build your skill level and obtain clients. When looking for training, look for artists whose work you are drawn to so they can teach you their technique. Read their online reviews and look up their past students' work. You should plan to train at a facility that will offer ongoing support after the class. Many trainings are only a few days in length and offer an online component before attending an in-person class. It's common to have a lot of questions once you try to use your new skills on clients. Having an instructor who will help guide you through your questions and troubleshoot any issues with you is invaluable.
