78 ASCP Skin Deep Autumn 2026 like chemotherapy may have trouble digesting solid food. After regularly sending organic juice to the Semmelweis Children's Hospital in Budapest and seeing the positive impact it had on the kids and their families, we realized we could do more. This mission was especially personal to me, as I spent time at Semmelweis Children's Hospital during my treatment. We branched out across North America and now provide organic fruit and meals to kids who are undergoing treatment for severe illnesses and their families. As the business grew, I realized our charitable reach could grow with it. I've been interested in sustainability for a long time. Twenty years ago, I watched the movie An Inconvenient Truth, a documentary aimed at sounding the alarm on climate change. Confronting the reality of a changing planet means recognizing the health of the natural world is declining. Without healthy forests and oceans, we can't survive. As a business, we had the opportunity to contribute something positive to the world outside our corporate office. This is when our Forests for the Future program was born. In partnership with an organization called Trees for the Future, we collaborated with family-owned farms in five African countries facing some of the biggest climate and economic challenges to revitalize farmland and make it reusable for agriculture. By planting native trees that restore the land, we're also encouraging biodiversity and empowering farmers to practice responsible land use and stewardship.
