A: I came up with the idea for Skin Blends when I was working for another company. They used colors and aromas in their products, and customers wanted to purchase products because of the color or how they smelled—instead of which formula was best for their skin. Skin Blends bases are color- and fragrance-free. We have a cleanser, toner, hydrator, moisturizer, mask, scrub, and SPF for each skin type. A: First, a good leader needs to have a vision statement and the ability to get their team to embrace it and want to work together to achieve it. Eff ective leadership is keeping everybody inspired and focused on the vision. Good leadership is being proactive rather than reactive to try to avoid any foreseeable problems.
