PURITY IN PRODUCTS Product labels will continue to make health- conscious claims because of the ongoing chemical backlash among consumers. Look for new labeling to contain language such as "no GMO ingredients," "gluten-free," "allergy- tested," and "no certified synthetic dyes," as well as statements declaring company social responsibility, such as "no animal testing," "fair trade," and "ethical trade."
