rental, is here. This is an arrangement in which
you rent a room or studio in a building built
exclusively for beauty-related services under
one roof. This type of lease agreement allows
you to make your own business decisions, book
your own schedule, and sell your own retail
while the suite owner takes care of things like
building maintenance. Some even provide
furnishings and specialized equipment, water
and electricity, or marketing and continuing
