Let's face it—retail shopping
is not what it used to be. How
clients research the what, where,
when, and how to purchase
beauty and skin care products is
rapidly changing. And it's having
a big impact on your retail sales.
The biggest shift has happened in
the rapid growth and popularity
of online shopping. The reality
is that we all shop online, from
Amazon and Etsy to a thousand
other sites, and that is not likely
to change. It is now estimated
that 10 percent of all beauty
product sales are made online,
and the number continues to
grow each quarter.
