do the same things older generations
do, but in half the time. This
generation is primed for organized
wellness programs that allow them
to check off multiple items from
their to-do list at one time. For
instance, getting their hair colored
and nails polished at the same time
is now common. You might see a
millennial power-walking and taking
a conference call. This generation
will be known for multitasking.
What to do: Team up with other
beauty or wellness professionals to
provide 2-for-1 services where you can
maximize their time. Waxing services
and facials pair well together, as do
skin care and hair. Consider allowing
clients to wear headphones during
their facials so they can listen to
their favorite podcast or audiobook.
