Blue light, the high-energy visible (HEV) light emitted from your phone, tablet, and computer,
may speed the aging process. Japanese studies show that radiation from blue light penetrates
farther into the skin than even the sun's rays, damaging collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid.
