the dairy dilemma
A new study published in the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology showed that the
amount of low-fat or nonfat milk consumed by teenage participants with acne was significantly higher
than those with no acne. "This recent study further supports previous data showing a link between
acne and dairy, specifically nonfat milk," says Jeremy Fenton, a dermatologist with Schweiger
