You're All Winners
IT'S ALWAYS A BIG JOB to pull together our annual
Readers' Choice Awards, and it's exciting to tally up the
votes. (We had more votes this year than ever before!) Each
year—this is our fifth—we see some tried-and-true favorites
reappear, and then get to learn about a few unfamiliar
products and devices. I'm always amazed at the wide range
of tools our members use to care for their clients' skin.
And this year, summertime is especially exciting for
an entirely different reason—life is beginning to feel
just a little bit normal again. Cities and states are lifting
restrictions, and people are venturing back out into the
world. After nearly 16 months, we're returning to our
workplaces, taking vacations, and visiting loved ones we've
not seen in far too long.
We're also returning to trade shows! Our team has just
returned from IECSC Las Vegas, and we'll soon be heading
to Cosmoprof North America. It's so wonderful to see our
members and partners again, and even though I complain
about how miserable Vegas is in the summer, I don't think
I'll take a trip to Sin City for granted again.
I hope you and your clients are getting back into your
routine. I hope you're in a place of recovery and anticipation
after this devastating time. And I hope you're staying safe,
strong, and determined as we continue to move forward.
