A: In 2015, we decided to pursue our passion for progressive wellness and formed Cryo Generation to distribute whole body and local cryotherapy equipment. Two years into this venture, we were on the lookout for new products to help our retail center clients expand their consumer product off erings. We identifi ed Pagani as a leading European manufacturer of innovative medical and beauty products and inquired about North American distribution. The rest is history. We now exclusively distribute Pagani's entire line of beauty and medical products. Q: Tell us about the Pagani Cryo T-Shock System. A: Cryo Generation is the exclusive North American distributor for both the Pagani Cryo T-Shock and IPS Thermographic Imaging Films. These exclusive relationships make it possible for Cryo Generation to off er the only body contouring and toning system with the ability to objectively diagnose, treat, and measure results. The Cryo T-Shock has an extensive program architecture for treating any body part, including four toning functions, fat reduction, three cellulite settings, drainage, and fi ve facial and four neck and décolleté options. IPS fi lm provides T-Shock owners with a window into their client's subdermal fat and cellulite composition. When used in tandem, this allows esthetic professionals to establish a treatment plan with confi dence, monitor progress, and quantify results. The T-Shock System is sold exclusively to T-Shock owners. No medical oversight is required to use either product. Q: What types of education or training do you provide for estheticians? A: Education is the cornerstone of our business model. We put our estheticians fi rst through superior training and support, ensuring their success. Cryo Generation developed a platform with a third-party vendor who is delivering targeted marketing solutions for T-Shock owners, which assists them in booking post-lockdown advance revenue with consumers. We are also assisting with complimentary remedial virtual T-Shock refresher courses due to the extended downtime. Q: What do you believe makes an e ective leader?
