Look at all of your marketing materials with new
eyes. Look at each piece as though you have little-
to-no context—like you're reading your materials for
the first time—and describe what you see. Are you
seeing stereotypical messages in your marketing
materials you weren't aware of before this exercise?
As an extra step, ask a trusted friend or
colleague to offer their opinion on your marketing
materials. Outside eyes may see gray areas you
didn't realize existed.
