I honestly wish I had priced my services higher. Now, my business is still too new to raise my prices, and my prices are
too low to offer specials. I also did an "all-inclusive" facial, so there is no way to upgrade. My solution is to add new facials
at a higher price point that sound too amazing not to try.

If I had to do it all over, knowing what I know now, I would bring in private label. With all the diversion, internet
discounting, and companies being sold to huge corporations that don't seem to care about us little guys, it seems
like a good choice.
