First prize went to the University of Denver's "Defiant," a spa aimed entirely at teenage girls, and envisaged as a club-style location to meet multiple needs of that audience: spa, fitness, café, social space, counseling, and enrichment programs. PerksCard is a New Member Benefit The PerksCard Network offers members discounts on everything from restaurants to home security systems, and provides additional daily deals delivered right to your phone or email. In second place was Cornell University's "Mente Spa & Studio," which reimagines the gym by creatively combining exercise with spa, intellectual enrichment, and wellness. Penn State University's "Greenhouse" concept, marrying intense sustainability practices with a Southern hospitality approach, and the University of Houston's "ModerNature," inspired by the Turkish hammam and revolving around principles from the Slow Movement, tied for third.
