After a double cleanse, I apply a thin layer of the Intense Antioxidant Professional Exfoliant and massage it into the skin. Then, I massage in the Antiaging Exfoliating Masque. It smells like black licorice! Next is a 30 percent lactic acid. Last is the Ultra Hydrating Enzyme Masque. After I massage that product for 60 seconds, all four layers work for 5–7 minutes. After removing the layers, a hydrating serum, eye cream, neck cream, and SPF are applied. It takes about 45 minutes, and my clients leave hydrated, exfoliated, and glowing! Elizabeth Anderson, Rejuvenate Skin and Laser Clinic, Hudson, WI This time of year, my clients love the pumpkin spice body scrub, combined with a full-body massage and a pumpkin-inspired facial. I diffuse cinnamon and serve a nice cup of tea or coffee with pumpkin spice creamer. Of course, water with a dash of orange is always available. Terri Work, Pampering Place Day Spa, Wheat Ridge, CO We love to do the candy cane peppermint scrub and wrap; it gets your skin all glowy and hydrated for those holiday parties. Lisanne Wilcox, Alexandria Professional, Buffalo, NY My clients love the Extreme Brightening treatment. It consists of a light round of microdermabrasion, the Saian enzyme mask, Skin for Life brightening oxygen treatment, finishing products, and SPF. It offers immediate brightness to the skin, leaving it fresh and radiant. My clients always text me later raving about their skin. It's nice and gentle, but effective so it can be done before a holiday party with no downtime or irritation. Melissa Miller- Bradley, Skintopia Aesthetics Studio, Palm City, FL Because [I work] in Colorado, I always promote my Hydrodermabrasion Facial in the winter months. This is such a wonderful treatment for moisture infusion. We usually use hot steam towels with peppermint essential oil and a Hempz holiday lotion for a hand and arm massage to make it super festive! Clients love it. They leave feeling hydrated, nourished, and extra pampered. Desarae Santos Marhofer, Beautiful You Skincare Studio, Pueblo, CO Answer our next question: What are your trend predictions for 2017? Email your answer to editor@ascpskincare.com. Your answer could appear in the January/February 2017 issue and may be edited for length and clarity. I do a spiced cider or pumpkin spice facial with oxygen infusion. I also add on the oxygen infusion to microderm or dermaplaning to help plump up the skin and give it that glow that goes missing in the cooler months. Kandyce Braband, Trinity Esthetics, Evergreen, CO Anything that sounds seasonal like pumpkin, peppermint, or cinnamon is pretty popular in my holiday marketing.
