WORD OF MOUSE It used to be that word of mouth would get you everywhere when starting out. Today, with so many consumers rating and reviewing businesses online, it's "word of mouse" that can make or break you. Consider that about 88 percent of clients are influenced by comments they see online through Yelp, Google Reviews, or elsewhere. Your online reputation has to be monitored and managed, and this will only become more important as we move into the future. Online reviews are powerful, so every review, whether positive or negative, must be addressed thoughtfully and carefully. SIGNATURE SERVICES Express services, waxing, foot baths, or experiences that offer escape-like exotic treatments featuring multicultural techniques or traditions are on-trend. We are in the business of selling experiences. Gone are the days where we used to be jacks-of-all-trades and masters- of-none. With specificity comes adulation—and repeat business.
