ASCP Skin Deep magazine has always been one of the most popular benefits for members of Associated Skin Care Professionals (ASCP), and we're very proud of how the publication has evolved. Since its launch in 2004 as a 16-page supplement to Massage & Bodywork magazine, ASCP Skin Deep has gradually developed into the 40-page volume you're reading today. In May this year, it officially became an "award-winning magazine" when it won the Associations/For Profit/Trade & Consumer category at the annual Western Publishing Association (WPA) awards. For more than 60 years, the WPA has judged the best of the best in print and electronic magazine publishing, with entries from magazines that cover almost every industry and topic imaginable. Winning a "Maggie," as the award is called, is a sign that we've reached a level of excellence with our article content and design that is recognizable even outside of our audience of licensed estheticians, skin care instructors, skin care students, and others in the profession. Our mission is to bring you top-notch information and education that will help in every aspect of growing a successful skin care practice. We'll continue to develop ASCP Skin Deep, and your feedback is always a vital component of the evolution. Help us help you by letting us know what topics you'd like to see in the magazine—you can contact me directly by emailing editor@ascpskincare.com.
