Ways to discover your niche include identifying the top service your ideal client desires, honing that specialty, and marketing your expertise. Defining a niche allows you to never have to worry about the competition. You can remain focused on who you are and what you do best. TAKE THE LEAP Starting and running a business is no easy feat. You will wear many hats and sometimes feel as though "professional juggler" is a more fitting title for what you do. However, having a plan in place and a clear, concise execution strategy will help you get on your way. Always remember that it's not about how many clients you can get in the door; it's about how many clients you can retain. You can earn more with one client who books with you for multiple services, buys retail, rebooks consistently, and tells a friend than you can from a client who comes in for one high-dollar service and never returns. Remember to not get weighed down in making things perfect. Take the leap, start, and perfect things along the way. Cheers to a successful beauty business!
