Skin Associated Skin Care Professionals editor's note You're Invited! ASCP's Skinpro Education: Your New Member Benefit deep Vol. #11, Issue #4 July/August 2013 ASCP Skin Deep supports, challenges, and educates today's skin care professionals as they help clients lead healthier, more confident lives. Editorial We have some exciting news for you in this issue. Associated Skin Care Professionals (ASCP) has launched a new education program to give your membership even more value. Meet your new member benefit: the Skinpro Education Series. It's advanced education tailored to your career path, with selfpaced classes you can take online at your own convenience and certificates awarded on completion of key classes—and best of all, there's no additional cost to you as an ASCP member. More than a year of work has gone into planning and designing this interactive series of online courses, resources, and regional workshops, driven by the incredible efforts of ASCP's Director of Education Susanne Schmaling. Some members have already met Susanne at trade shows or educational events, and I hope many more of you will get that opportunity in the coming year as she begins conducting the regional workshops that will complement the online classes. All of us here at ASCP are tremendously excited to invite you to try the Skinpro Education Series. Our hope is that newer practitioners can use it to jump-start their careers, while those who already have a wealth of experience will find it takes them even farther. See page 36 for more information, or log in to the Members section at to start right away. We hope ASCP's Skinpro Education Series is the boon to your successful practice that you've been looking for.
