the Basics
WITH ALL THE WILDFIRES IN California, and
everyone's solar panels dirty from fallen ash,
it was time to have ours cleaned. I found a
website that looked interesting, so I filled out the
information form and hit send. Two days went
by with no response, so I picked up the phone.
The gentleman on the other end recognized my
name, so that tells me he saw the form come
through. Why then had it been two days with
no response? Stick with me here . . . I promise
there's an important point to my story!
