But when it comes to giving gifts, the key is personalization, not expense. Your client gift should suit your client's taste. Avoid one-size-fi ts-all items. After spending time with a client, you will have a good feel for the health and beauty products they enjoy. These items make perfect gifts because they not only express your thanks but also show a continued interest in your client's well-being long after they leave your business. PROVIDE AN ADDED-VALUE SERVICE Actions are always better than thoughts when saying thank you, and no action shows more warmth and caring than the outstanding services you already off er your clients.
