sweetened snickerdoodle hummus, packed with
plant-based protein and served with water-rich
apples or pears. Talk about the perfect snack!
1 (15.5 ounce) can garbanzo beans,
drained and rinsed
1/4 cup almond butter
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

1 tablespoon pure maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon, divided
In a food processor, combine beans, almond butter, applesauce,
maple syrup, vanilla, and one teaspoon of ground cinnamon.
Cover and process 30–60 seconds, or until smooth. Spread
in shallow dish or pie plate, sprinkle top with remaining
cinnamon, and serve with apple or pear slices.
