refreshing lemon chia pudding.
1 large lemon, zested and juiced
1 cup nondairy milk of choice
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Whisk together all ingredients and let
sit for 15 minutes until jelled. Place in the
refrigerator to chill for one hour, then enjoy!
