for the latest info, visit https://www.ascpskincare.com/updates/blog-posts/coronavirus-and-your-practice 11 I'm selling retail and either shipping, delivering, or offering curbside pickup. It's been going well! I'm also doing 15-minute consultations, putting together home-care treatments, and sending out cards to clients letting them know I'm thinking of them. I'm also putting together a skin care challenge that will include some fun prizes. @suitebhairandskin I put together mini facial packets, texted all my clients, and offered it free to them with delivery to their front porch! They loved it and some even bought product they were out of! Customer service at its best! @deannahjackson I'm checking in with clients and letting them know I'm staying connected with my industry resources while also preparing for our comeback, and I'm offering them easy access to continue using clinical skin care products along with the proper at-home protocols. Most of all, I'm letting my clients know that I care and we really are all in this together. @merakinorman I'm creating lighthearted but informative how-to videos, delivering at-home mini facial kits to my local guests, taking ASCP online classes, and keeping in touch with guests through social media and email. @indigocollective_skincare I am using this forced pause to focus on areas of my business that have been unintentionally neglected, such as social media presence, an online marketplace, etc. Forcing myself out of my comfort zone and trying to become better at the innovative and business side of being an independent esty. @dare2bareskin VIA FACEBOOK I've been selling my retail products online along with our Skin Script "self-care" kits. I'm in the process of making an instructional video on how to use each specific kit suited for each skin type. We are trying to keep things interactive and fun, all while educating clients that during this downtime they want to continue caring for themselves and schedule "me" time. Rosalie M. Sanabria I am sending out weekly newsletters to my clients, selling products from my online stores, and taking webinars from ASCP. Amy Martin Hebert I have been taking this time to be more consistent with thank-you notes to my wonderful clients. Developing my online store. Hours upon hours of continuing education. I have also been working on better, more efficient work practices for my skin clinic, such as going paperless, virtual consults, and user-friendly online purchases. @lavish_beauty _n_skinbar I am reaching out to each and every client— just to say hello, check in with them, and ask if I can help them in any way. I'm also calling every acne client to make sure they are eating well and managing their acne. I sent a personal text announcing two treatments I'm working on, as well as an anti-stress massage technique I can't wait to gift them when they return! Finally, I'm curating home facial kits with directions and offering home delivery if they need products. @sarahkurn_skincare Since we're getting tutorials on handwashing, I created a video demonstrating how to properly use hyaluronic acid products on my IGTV. I also completed ASCP's ecommerce webinar and NCLC's 40- hour aesthetic laser training course online. New services coming soon! @savvychelle I'm converting a room into a home office so I can work from home. I'm now offering free local delivery on all skin care products. Since the products we use are organic and on the more expensive side, we have put all products at 20 percent off, as we are all struggling during this time. This clears my shelves, so that when we reopen, we can have fresh new products and be ready to help everyone recover from this stressful time. @rachelmelissa_floyd w
